March 2023

Attention: NO THURSDAY STORYTIME ON MARCH 2

Bookopoly Junior

There's still plenty of time for your kids to play Bookopoly!  Come to the library anytime to pick up a gameboard. Then, complete the squares by reading and doing activities.
For each square you do, enter your name in the prize jar.  (If you do all 24 squares, your name will be entered in the drawing for the grand prizes!)
All ages may play. Bookopoly continues through March 26.

Thursday Storytime

Join us for Storytime on Thursdays at 10:30am for stories, songs, rhymes, and a craft.
Preschoolers, toddlers, infants, and older children are welcome with parent or caregiver.

March 9, 16, 23, & 30
NO STORYTIME ON MARCH 2

Saturday Storytime
Stories in English & Spanish

Come to Saturday Storytime on March 11 & 25 at 10:30am for stories in English and Spanish with Ada Morales & Jean Patrick. You'll learn words and phrases in both languages & do a fun craft, too. All ages welcome!

Makerspace Mondays

We're taking a break from Makerspace while Ms. Jean takes time to plan for Summer Reading Program. Don't worry -- We will start Makerspace again in the future.

Stump the Librarian

Write three clues about a book you've read. If the librarian can't guess the exact title, you win a prize!

Thank you!

-Thank you to our volunteers who helped with the Jan. 28 Crayola Creative Makerspace: Marica Shannon and the MHS Art Ambassadors, Danna Kolbeck, Ron Thorsen, and Laney Titze.

-Also, although the 2022 summer ice cream card program is over, we continue to thank our ice cream sponsors: Main St. Mercantile, County Fair Food & Fuel, Dairy Queen, Zesto, and Cornerstone Too.
