$45.00 per Ton/ $8.00 minimum per load. In the event the scale at the Landfill is inoperable $14.50 per cubic yd shall be collected. There will also be a $1.00 per ton SDSW fee added and a $2.00 per ton Davison County Fee.

Petroleum Contaminated Soil shall be subject to approval of the Superintendent and may be required to undergo testing at the owner's expense prior to approval.

All loads shall be secured to prevent littering. Unsecured loads shall be assessed an additional fee of $10.00. This will be strictly enforced.

All loads are subject to inspection for compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.

All buried wastes will be subject to additional state and county fees.
