Public Use Computers
Mitchell Public Library has several desktop computers available for public use. Each computer has Internet access and is loaded with Microsoft Office software. In order to use library computers, patrons need to login to computers the barcode number from their library card. If someone does not have a library card, please ask for a computer guest pass at the circulation desk. Computers may be used for an hour-long session. If no one is waiting to use the computer, patrons may extend their use of the computer. Continued computer use after an hour is based on computer availability.
There are public use computers located in the Teen Room of the library. These computes are reserved for use by teens. Computers in the teen room are limited to hour-long sessions. Computers next to the children's collection are reserved for children and families with children. These computers are also limited to hour-long sessions.

Wi-Fi Access
The library provides free wireless Internet access. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the library' and outdoors around the perimeter of the building and in the library parking lot. No password is required to connect to the library's wireless network.
