If I receive an Order to Correct letter from the city, how long do I have to fix the problem?: You have 14 days to correct the problem that is stated on the Letter to Correct. If you cannot fix the problem(s) stated on the Letter to Correct, you MUST contact the Public Works Office.

1. How long after a snowstorm do I have to shovel my sidewalk?: You have within 48 hours after a snowfall or the formation of ice on the sidewalk. All of the sidewalk must be cleared.

2. If I receive an Order to Correct letter from the city, how long do I have to fix the problem?: You have 14 days to correct the problem that is stated on the Letter to Correct. If you cannot fix the problem(s) stated on the Letter to Correct, you MUST contact the Public Works Office.
